In adherence to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 regulations, specifically pertaining to the 24 hour HAZWOPER mandates, this training is obligatory for individuals intending to engage in activities within designated HAZWOPER Work Sites. Successful completion of the course will result in the issuance of a certification that is both recognized and accepted by regulatory authorities.

Participants have the flexibility to proceed through the program at their own pace. Throughout the course, participants will encounter self-assessment quizzes, interactive exercises, and a final examination, all of which are self-assessed. The quizzes can be retaken as many times as needed, while the final exam can be attempted a maximum of three times.

Upon successful completion of the course, an electronic certificate (e-certificate) will be expeditiously delivered to the individual via email.

It's essential to acknowledge that the 24 Hour HAZWOPER Course is conducted in an online format. It is crucial for employers to comply with regulatory requirements by ensuring that their employees receive training aligned with performance-based standards for any pertinent equipment, regardless of whether the training is delivered in a classroom or online environment.
